Environment Art Director

• Work closely with Art Director to define and execute environment direction for the project.
• Lead a team of environment and lighting artists providing feedback, guidance and mentorship
• Work closely with design and other disciplines to ensure environments provide the best player experience
• Coordinate environment resources, schedules and priorities based on project needs.
• Ensure the team maintains high-quality artistic results and delivers them on schedule
• Work with rendering engineers and technical artists to develop pipelines and documentation
• Communicate well, with all disciplines, and be well organised.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in video game industry
• A thorough understanding of modern environment art pipelines with working knowledge of modern 3D software
• Keen artistic eye with attention to detail, combined with an understanding of colour theory, composition, and main principles of visual storytelling
• Strong awareness of industry technology trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• UE5 experience
• Proficiency in Blender
