Executive Compliance / Corporate Affairs (Female)
Perks & Benefits:
- Correspondence with branches regarding corporate affairs documents, premises change letter, Company License, Registration Letter etc.
- Check E-mails received from branches/offices and respond accordingly also maintain Data related to branches and State bank of Pakistan.
- General Files: Rent agreement, CNIC of authorized authority, feasibility reports, covering letters ,start, approval, commencement Letters.
- Keeping record of internal Audit inspection reports Correspondence with State bank of Pakistan regarding any business related issues, as per instructions of supervisor
- Keep record of the accounts reports sent to the SBP.
- Checks the expiry status of the documents and ensure the renewal of those documents.
- Coordinates with legal advisors.
- Keeping record of branches rectifications Report.
- Maintains record of the correspondence done with the foreign parties regarding corporate details(agreement, license, commerce letter, certificates)
- Maintenance of Directors share's file in the company
- Maintains Company Initial Corporates documents (NTN, ECAP certificate of incorporation, chamber of Lahore certificate, MOF, SBP license)
- Regularly correspond with existing clients, potential customers/clients, and send emails to stakeholders to require any information or data from them.
- Draft and send any circulars/notifications to be issued to branches/offices.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good coordination & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office is a must
Qualification: Master's Degree
