Executive Level Support Officer

Duties
- Format and prepare documents of various types for General Officer review and approval.
- Maintain visibility of multiple actions and correspondence through the use of Army systems of Record. Managing and processing HQDA and Internal AFC takers and actions in IPPS-A and in ETMS2 will be 75% of the job.
- Must be agile and adapt to different processes as required by General Officers and their teams.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to reach common goals.
- Have full accessibility to the entire Command and must be able to offer exceptional customer service to the AFC Staff as it pertains to ETMS2 processes and functions.
- Must be approachable, competent and helpful to subordinate units, and cooperative and supportive to headquarters

- Business Travel (TDY) may be required up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:1) Providing full range of executive management services to senior leadership; 2) Manage and process taskers and actions; 3) Developing administrative program policies, strategic initiatives, and operational planning; AND 4) Format and prepare documents of various types for senior level review and approval. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DB-02/GS-11).
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted
