Your new adventure
In this role you ensure competent support for the customers of your product area in technical and administrative matters. In addition, the position supports the Customer Service Group Leader in strategic projects.
Central contact person and technical support for the global sales partner network as a link to internal departments
Independent complaints and warranty processing, cross-departmental cooperation in the problem-solving process and collaboration in spare parts and change management, initial sample checks
Definition of operating, installation, maintenance and repair processes including service tools
Support of development projects and participation in subject-related projects
Preparation, coordination, planning and implementation of technical training
Continuous improvement of the core service processes and participation in the digitization of our products and services
Handling of activities for after sales relevant product development process
Representation of the company to the outside world and monitoring of market trends and competitive activities in your product area
Your experiences and skills
University degree (FH, University) in mechanical engineering, propulsion or engine technology, with several years of relevant professional experience in a technical environment
Relevant professional experience in the field of engine technology (specifically marine or boat engines) or in a related technical-consulting profession
Good understanding of internal combustion and jet engines for boats/marine, their technology, application, diagnosis and preferably testing/measurement technology skills
Experience in technical communication as well as dealing with customers and consulting
Confident use of the common MS Office/CAD programs and preferably SAP/Salesforce knowledge
Excellent teamwork, project coordination skills and a customer and solution-oriented way of working
Good perception and communication skills; fluent English and good German skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel internationally

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
