Job Description

Your Opportunity to Join Our Team

We are seeking dedicated Farm Hands to join our team at our Coombell farm. In this hands-on role, you will assist in the day-to-day farm operations, ensuring the welfare of our livestock, maintaining farm facilities, and contributing to high-quality production standards.

Daily Tasks

• Assist with general farm operations, including feeding and monitoring livestock.
• Ensure all animals are treated humanely and in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in farm facilities.
• Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
• Support egg collection and inspection processes.
• Identify and report any animal welfare, food safety, or operational issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a farm environment.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
