Field Services Dispatcher

PURPOSE:

Supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, providing the customer with technical assistance and ensuring suppliers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensures supplier's assistance verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers' invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
• Provides technical assistance to the customer responding to queries, providing explanatory information regarding the use of products in general.
• Oversees the FISE tooling and warehouse operations, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to standards and that inventory is managed efficiently in applicable regions.
• Participates in the design of expenses, investments and personnel budget with the FSM or FSSM.
• Ensures tool's quality controlling the cleanliness, good maintenance and use of materials in the operation process.
• Reports about the rendered service, performance progress and occurred inconveniences.
• Participates in the management's report, submitting indicators' analysis results.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
