Food & Beverage Assistant

Working here no two days are ever the same and our food and beverage team are a vital ingredient in the guest experience! Therefore, we’re looking for someone who strives for the best, is guest focused, and isn't afraid to swim upstream!

Helping improve our visitor’s experience as they take a break from discovering our underwater world. Duties will include serving hot drinks, or our great selection of hot and cold food. Ensuring all public areas have well stocked displays ready for opening and that they are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.

This is a seasonal position, contracted until November 2024 and offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is essential as availability of work will vary throughout the season and will include bank holidays, school holidays and weekends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Someone with a customer service background
• Ability to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, using own initiative
• Experience within a fast-paced food operation environment would be beneficial
• Food hygiene certificate preferred although full training will be provided
