Mount Juliet Estate has a fantastic new vacancy for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Michelin-starred restaurant, The Lady Helen.

The Role

The Food & Beverage Assistant is an integral part of the delivery of remarkable service to our guests. We are looking for experienced individuals, with a passion for hospitality, to join our award-winning team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
• Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
• Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up-sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.
• Support the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
• Attend training sessions provided by management to develop your skills.
• Be organized and efficient in managing your section.
• Have an understanding of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
