About the position

The Galley Kitchen – Our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby’s Bar – our sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.


We are currently seeking a Full time Beverage Attendant to work behind the bars located at the hotel. In addition, you will service our pool bar, tend to room service requests and stock our guests’ mini bar. This opportunity will have you preparing a wide variety of beverages and delivering exceptional table service, whilst always projecting friendly and courteous professionalism.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • You must be able to demonstrate 6-12 months cocktail making experience.
  • Be a passionate Beverage Attendant with exceptional drink service experience gained within a restaurant or whisky/cocktail lounge environment.
  • Good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded.
  • You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position.
  • Follow RSA government legislation requirements
  • Able to work under pressure.


Certifications required: RSA
