For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Freight Forwarding agent air Freight Export (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR FUTHER ROLL:
- You are responsible for the complete order processing of our air freight shipments in accordance with our quality requirements.
- You are responsible for communicating with our customers.
- You organise and work out transport solutions.
- You enable daily correspondence with our worldwide network in English.
- You take care of scheduling, notification and invoicing to our customers
THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:
- Your basis is a completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk.
- You have already gained experience in the field of air freight export
- You are characterised by a high level of customer orientation and service orientation
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
- You are confident in using MS Office and the like.
