The Role

Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Front Office Team as a Front Office Clerk on a Part Time (48-76 hours per fortnight) basis.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

• Providing check-in and check-out services
• Assist with hotel reservations and guest enquiries
• Settling accommodation payments

About you

You'll bring the following:

• A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience
• An ability to multitask and work under pressure

Additional Information

To be successful, you'll:

• Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
• Previous experience working in a Hotel environment
• Be well presented and impeccably groomed
• Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
