General Labourer / Machine Operator

Are you a skilled machine operator who enjoys a bit of variety? If you're looking for a role that gets you out of the cab and into a mix of hands-on projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Based on the mountain at Cardrona Alpine Resort, you'll play a key part in keeping the resort running smoothly over summer. You'll assist with pre-season maintenance and preparation, including winter/summer pack-down, building maintenance, capex projects, painting, cleaning, and terrain maintenance. You'll also be involved in earthworks development, trail construction, and new project installations across the mountain.

Operating machinery safely and responsibly, you'll ensure projects are completed to a high standard while also taking care of workshop tasks. That includes maintaining the workshop, machinery, and tools to keep everything in top condition. You'll work closely with other departments to support the daily operations of the resort, so teamwork and flexibility are key.
