Work Location & Shifts: 1124 Bennett Clark Road Nacogdoches, TX/Day Shift
Pay: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $14.52-$16.08 + benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is specific to Nacogdoches, Texas and may not be applicable to other locations.

Overview
Learn to repair all defects possible with wood filler and/or spackle to achieve desired finish to include sanding as necessary. Graders are cooperative and willing to apply their skills in various venues by regularly rotating positions to achieve success.
What you will do:
  • Achieve increased repairs as training period progresses
  • Sand excess wood putty from boards.
  • Keep area clean and organized.
  • Keep track of stock of wood filler, spackle, sand paper and thinner.
  • Rotate into radial arm saw, weather-strip and grader positions
  • Make effective repairs at a rapid pace.
  • Be very careful not to over sand any repairs.
  • If heavy repair is needed, place wood in appropriate location.
What you will need:
  • Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Able to accurately take measurements using a tape measure.
  • Use hand tools, and push carts in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Must have good hand eye coordination and be mechanically adaptable.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
  • Ability to read, follow, and understand work instructions from both written and verbal sources and basic writing skills.
  • Excellent attendance record
