Guest Service Representative (Customer Service) No Weekends!

Radco is seeking a Team Member to join our Guest Service Center Team! The ideal candidate is positive, detail oriented, has great multi-tasking and communication skills, is a dependable motivated professional, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in vehicle Aftermarket Accessories. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow within our Company!

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from Guests and Customers
• Answer Guest questions and works toward resolving any situations
• Building relationships for long term customer retention

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service Experience
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional Mills World Class Experience
• Friendliness, Enthusiastic, Positive, and Reliable
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The workdays for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
