As a valet attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a warm welcome upon their arrival and a courteous farewell as they leave. Your primary duties include delivering efficient valet services and assisting guests with inquiries about parking procedures, directions, and shopping center amenities.
This role requires you to:
1. Provide exceptional customer service
2. Ensure guest satisfaction through effective time management and multitasking
3. Maintain strong attention to detail in both service and complex knowledge
4. Ensure a smooth and pleasant parking experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
