Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym, including equipment and common areas.

• Provide support and information to members regarding gym services and facilities.

• Assist with membership sales and administrative tasks as needed.

• Monitor and ensure the safety of gym users.

• Handle general enquiries and resolve member issues promptly.

• Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere within the gym.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and show initiative.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Passion for health and fitness.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

• Basic computer skills.
