About the Company
About the Role
- The role of our Health Club & Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments & classes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
- Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.

About you:
- Be passionate about going above and beyond for our members and guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate products and facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance and the standards and ambiance of our Health Club & Spa.
- Previous health club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a reception background and with an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role.

- A competitive salary package of £29,785 per year plus a share of service charge.
- This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
