Things you need to know
Selection process details
How to Apply
Please provide a:
- CV up to 500 words. Use the Job History section to provide relevant details, plus any other roles you feel are relevant.
Do not simply list your previous jobs with dates - we will assess and score your application on how well your experience aligns with the key responsibilities for this role, so you’ll need to provide a short narrative for each role, including primary duties and achievements that demonstrate this.
The CV box does not have a word counter, so anything over the 500 word limit will not be reviewed and will lead to content you believe is relevant not being assessed.
- Personal statement up to 750 words. Use this to provide detailed working examples with results that demonstrate how your experience aligns with the key responsibilities and skills & experience listed above, and the personal attributes in the job summary. Using the STAR format to help you structure your examples.
If we receive a large number of applications, an initial sift may be conducted using your CV. If you pass the initial sift your application will progress to full sift, and your personal statement will also be assessed.
Your CV & Personal Statement must not contain personal details which could identify you.
Interview
Interviews will be held via Teams with a panel of up to 3 people, and will last around 60 minutes. This will consist of:
- Behaviour questions - we recommend that you review the Success Profiles framework and consider how you have demonstrated the Behaviours for this role. Using the STAR format to help you structure your examples.
- Strength questions will explore what you enjoy, your potential and motivations relevant to the job role. There’s no expectation to prepare for Strength questions as we are looking for your instinctive, natural responses, though you may find it helpful to spend some time reflecting on what you enjoy doing and what you do well. This is an example of a Strength question: “I find it difficult to explain my ideas clearly to a wide range of people. How true is that of you?”
Sift and interview dates to be confirmed but sufficient notice will be given before your interview to allow you to prepare.

Please take extra care to tick the correct boxes in the eligibility sections of your application form. We understand mistakes sometimes happen but if you contact us later than two working days (Monday-Friday) before the vacancy closes, we will not be able to reopen your application for you.
