5. Position Summary: The Diabetes Centre (TDC) is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join as the HoD Marketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to enhance our management capabilities, drive strategic planning, and lead analytical efforts that support our mission. That role drive initiatives that align with TDC’s mission, increase awareness, its visibility, reputation, patient engagement and support organizational objectives. manage marketing campaigns, oversee branding efforts, and analyze market trends to ensure effective communication and outreach.
6. Key Responsibilities:
a) Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the TDC’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities and ensure consistency in messaging.
b) Brand Management:
- Manage and enhance the TDC’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Develop and oversee branding guidelines to ensure consistency in communications and visual representation.
c) Campaign Management:
- Create, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
d) Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is accurate, informative, and aligns with the TDC’s brand and messaging.
e) Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
f) Public Relations and Community Outreach:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage public relations efforts to enhance the TDC’s reputation and community presence.
g) Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring professional development.
- Oversee departmental budget and allocate resources effectively.
h) Event Planning and Management:
- Plan and execute hospital events, including health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
i) Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
7. Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/Mass Communication or relevant professional experience in the area of Marketing.
- Minimum 05 years of experience (Preferably in the Healthcare sector)
8. Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing trends, patient engagement strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
9. Age:
- Age Limit maximum 50 years.
