Working as part of the Southern Rentals Team, you will be delivering and collecting rental equipment within a hospital site in the central London area.

You will be responsible for delivering Arjo equipment direct to the wards, and collecting any equipment that is no longer required and taking back to the bed store located within the hospital. The majority of the equipment you will be working with are pressure relieving mattresses, which are inflated on hospital beds and then deflated by the wards, rolled up and bagged ready for collection. Supplied with an iPad and iPhone, you will be required to log all serial numbers of equipment as it goes in and out of the hospital ward, so a keen eye for detail is needed.

The role does involve lifting, so you must be able to lift bulky mattresses for long periods, although equipment is provided to support moving the rental products around the hospitals. It will also involve first line repair of hospital beds. No experience is needed, as full training will be given. Personality, enthusiasm, positivity and communication skills are essential in the role to help Arjo build strong relationships with our customers. Working in London, you will be the face of Arjo for our customers and patients. We are adding to our existing team in London and looking for people who want to make a difference.

The skills you will need
  • A practical approach.
  • Ability to prioritize work and amend route plans accordingly.
  • A positive and team oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance: Required (at the cost of Arjo).
  • Must be able to lift bulky mattresses for prolonged periods.

You will support our vision to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges. In return, we recognize and value our global employees. You will have our full support, training and opportunities for professional development, along with competitive package. We will provide full uniform and PPE equipment.
