THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Hospitality Service worker (Cleaner) at Peter Arney Home in Salter Point. This role is offered on a permanent Full-Time basis working 76 hours per fort-night.
Week 1
Monday: 0700-1515
Tuesday: 0700-1515
Wednesday: 0700-1515
Thursday: 0700-1515
Friday: 0700-1515
Week 2:
Monday: 0700-1515
Tuesday: 0700-1515
Wednesday: 0700-1515
Thursday: 0700-1515
Friday: 0700-1515
Please note, days/hours are not flexible - you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.
ABOUT YOU
As a Hospitality (Cleaning & Laundry) Services worker you will be responsible for managing cleaning and laundry routines in line with the schedule.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in hospitality service roles, preferably as a kitchen hand in an aged care/hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines in accordance with routines and schedules
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and exemplary customer service focus
- Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
- NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
- Evidence of current Flu and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and reference checks
- Willingness to attend a paid 1-day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
