Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant

Your role as Hotel Housekeeper/ Room Attendant is to help to maintain our five star standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house.

This can be a casual full-time or part-time position, which will include weekends. £12.83 per hour including holiday pay. Overtime is also paid on top.

Some of your duties include:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas following protocols and procedures.
• Change linens, make beds and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
• Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in a neat and organised manner.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
