Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in residential homes and commercial buildings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other rooms according to established protocols and standards.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free shine.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any inventory needs in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients' homes and businesses at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, lift, and use step ladders.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable transportation to travel between cleaning locations as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
