Housekeeper / Cleaner - Service Excellence

Service Excellence is a multi-functional, centralised service that sits within Housekeeping Accommodation. It’s directly accountable for a range of key operational tasks and activities, and your input in this Division will have a visible and measurable impact on the continuing delivery of a high-quality guest experience.

HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANER– SERVICE EXCELLENCE | £11.60 Per Hour

This role involves carrying out cleaning duties in our accommodation units, this could include; stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping patios. You will also be liaising with our guests to ensure swift service recovery to aid a memorable stay as well as the preparation and upkeep of zone bases after change over days.

HOURS OF WORK

We have the following contracts available:

• 48 or 56 hours per 4-week period, working every Monday and Friday 3.30pm - 10pm (1 hour paid travel from Carlisle for the 56 hours)
• 74 hours per 4 week period, every Monday and Friday 3.30pm - 10pm plus alternate weekends working 12pm - 7pm
• 83 hours per 4 week period, every Monday and Friday, 3.30pm - 10pm plus alternate weekends working 11.45am - 7pm (1 hour paid travel from Carlisle)

As our Village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

You don’t need any experience in cleaning as full training will be provided and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.
