Housekeeping Assistant - school holidays and summer cover

We have an exciting opportunity available for a student who is looking to join our Cropton location team as our Housekeeping Assistant working Mondays and Fridays. This job is primarily for the school holidays and summer months and would suit university or school students. In return we will offer you a Real Living Wage hourly pay rate of £10.90 per hour (with the opportunity to earn £11.44 per hour if monthly targets are met), a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK’s most stunning forest environments.

NOTE: All 16 to 18 year olds will be paid £7.67 per hour (rising to £8.05 per hour if meeting targets).

The Housekeeping Assistant Role:

Your responsibilities will be varied and you will be working with our housekeeping team as support. Full training will be given and this is an excellent way to fill out your CV with experience of hospitality with training to back it up.

Responsibilities include some or all of the following:

• Preparing, packing and delivery of laundry to cabins
• Making beds and general cleaning in housekeeping
• Collecting bins and assisting where required

Successful applicants will receive an initial telephone interview where full details will be provided and any questions answered.
