Vacuum all floor surfaces to the required standards and carry out periodic shampooing of carpets and spot shampooing as appropriate. Damp dusting and cleaning of furniture, fittings, telephones, ledges, skirting boards, banisters, window sills, internal partitions, pipes and radiators.
