Housekeeping Attendant

Your Tasks

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize rooms and bathrooms according to established standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and taking out the trash.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, conference rooms, offices, and bathrooms. Ensure these areas are free of debris and well-presented at all times.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels. Report any deficiencies or requirements for reordering to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs in guest rooms or common areas to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Restock coffee supplies with sugar, creamer and K-Cup pods
• Clean and maintenance coffee machine
• Clean coffee mugs
• Restock paper towels and toilet paper in all restrooms and kitchen area
• Organize and maintenance kitchen area.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Knowledge of safe and efficient cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
