Job overview
Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to join our HR team. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week and is on a 6-month fixed t erm contract. The salary on offer is up to £25,800 per annum depending on experience.
The HR administrator will be tasked with maintaining and updating employee records in the foundation, as well as performing various HR process and administration tasks. Under the supervision and guidance of the HR Manager duties will include.
Ideally, we are looking for the successful candidate to have HR experience within a busy HR department, who is able to adapt to a changing workload and who has a strong attention to detail.

Completing a variety of HR administrative tasks for the complete employee lifecycle.- Assist the HR Director on Project work as and when required
- Managing the HR Inbox and dealing with queries where possible.
- An understanding of employment law is helpful and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key.
- Assist the Recruitment team as and when required
- Drafting of contracts, new starter packs and variation letters
- Forming and maintaining employee records
