As a member of the Human Resources Team the HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in administering essential HR functions by providing general administrative support.

Position responsibilities:

  • Assists with the employee onboarding process, including coordinating background checks and drug screens, collecting, and completing I-9 documentation, and maintaining files and records associated with the hiring process.
  • Updates and maintains employee records in the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).
  • Ensures timely and accurate responses to employee and manager requests for information by serving as a point of contact, providing information, or referring to the appropriate resource.
  • Reconciles, processes, and tracks all HR invoicing to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Supports the company's engagement and recognition programs by assisting with tasks such as distributing anniversary pins and coordinating events.
  • Provide performance management support, including uploading documentation into the HRIS system and assisting employees with troubleshooting within the performance management system.
  • Manages our workspace management software, Skedda, to assist with booking desks and offices for visitors.
  • Maintains the Human Resources page of the company's intranet, ensuring that all documents are up to date and well organized.
  • Responsible for labor law poster compliance, ensuring posters are up to date and clearly displayed.
  • Provide timely reporting to internal customers, including new hire and termination reports, anniversary and birthday reports, etc.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and projects as requested.


Position requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; At least 2 years of administrative experience, with previous experience in Human Resources preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to learn and use HR systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred by not required.
  • Ability to develop and use systems for organizing and keeping track of information.
  • Ability to create and follow standardized procedures.
  • Ability to listen to, interpret, and meet the needs of others, diagnosing and rectifying problems.
  • Ability to attend to details.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to use independent judgment in completing work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
