We are looking for an intern for our hr department, starting 1st of February 2025
Your tasks would be
Personnel administration
… Drafting of employment contracts and amendments
... Management of employee files in the HRIS tool (including contractual changes, salaries, entries/exits, etc.)
... Management support for the Mobatime time management tool (analyses, data verification, technical support)
... Drafting of employer attestations and other official administrative documents
... Drafting of work certificates and attestations
... Drafting of resignation confirmations and dismissal letters
... Support for monthly, quarterly and annual HR reporting
... Act as main point of contact for employee inquiries
Recruitment and onboarding
… Management of job openings (drafting of job profile, publication, etc.)
... Initial screening of applications
... Management of new employee onboarding (administration, organization of onboarding plan, etc.)
HR projects
… Support for the drafting of Sephora internal regulations and procedures
... Support for various HR projects (employee satisfaction surveys, employee benefits negotiation, employer visibility website content, etc.)

... Inventory of various admin contracts
... Follow-up and send invoices to the accounting department
... Mailing management
... Lyreco orders for the office
Experience and skills
