*Qualification and Requirements: Education: Masters in Business/Education/Fashion Designing/Beautician or a related field from a reputable university Engineering, *Experience: 10 - 12 years of relevant experience. At least 4 years of proven work experience of supervising an Institute.
*Age Bracket: 35 – 50 years.

JOB PURPOSE:
-Institute Manager (Principal) acquires Academic Excellence in the institute for achieving aims and objectives of organization through approved policies and procedures.
-IM have to manage institute facility operation along with academic operation including admission, marketing, internship and placement of trainees by utilizing all available resources effectively, efficiently, safely and honestly for achieving the object of “Skilled Pakistan”.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all trainees and staff for academic performance.
-Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedure for the operation and functioning of the institute consistent with the vision, mission, values and goals of institute including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operation and emergency procedure
-Arrange manage and supervise the student’s admission process and campaign for transparency and targets of student’s induction.
-Enforce and supervise transparent assessment system within institute
-Maintain and ensure the working condition of all equipment and machinery in the workshops
-Ensure the update and maintenance of all academic and office records as per standard formats (QSP formats where applicable)
-Arrange and having meetings with surrounding industries for internships and placement of institute graduates.
-Supervise the instructional programs of the institute, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials
-Monitor and ensure that students’ record are complete and accurate, dealing with the Parents and Students, Students related work, maintain discipline, arrange visits, workshops, speaker sessions, OJT and placement of students.
-Attend Trade related Seminars and workshops which can benefit the Institute as well as students.
-Supervise in a fair and consistent manner effective discipline and attendance systems. Ensure a safe, orderly environment that encourages students to take responsibility for behavior and creates high morale among staff and trainees.
-Maintain procedures for safe storing and integrity of all public and confidential institute records.
-Provide data for the sponsored trainees to RMD/Grants departments and update them for the progress of trainees.
-Ensure availability of all documents for the audit. Check vehicles Establish log book regularly for update.
-Arrange and attend required committee meetings (e.g.: marketing, admission, curriculum, etc.) and extra school sponsored functions and national events e.g.: Community service, Independence Day Confirmation, Graduation ceremony etc.).
-Perform any duties that are within the scope of employment as assigned by the management.
