Purpose of the job

• Documentation Management: Maintaining project records, including issue logs, risk registers, and change control records.
• Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
• Timeline and Tracker Updates: Ensuring that project timelines and progress trackers are up-to-date and accurate.
• Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate project reports on time.
• Budget Monitoring: Supporting the project manager in tracking project expenses and budget adherence.
• Communication and Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for the project team and stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow.
• Process Adherence: Ensuring that project activities are carried out according to established processes and standards.

Profile

• 5 years of experience
• Communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Available immediatly until end of January
• Able to travel to the office in Delft and warehouse in Tilburg

Benefits
