International Sales & Support Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Live chat ( through PPC / SEO)
Lead generating
Customer dealing (through WhatsApp, email and for their queries)
Negotiating (close deals and handle complaints or objections)
Building relationship with clients
Communicating effectively with support person
Target achievement
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Must have 6 months to 2 year of call center experience in any campaign
Customer dealing
English fluency
MS Office
Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
Qualification: Intermediate minimum
O A levels preferred
Shift: Evening/Night
Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM / 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Days: Monday to Saturday

LOCATION: DHA Phase V, Khadda Market, Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
