ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills, experience and qualifications in:
- A relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level or equivalent relevant experience
- Attention to detail for processing applications and other documents related to compliance
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performing team environment.
- Proven experience in providing quality administrative support within a similar environment.
- Understanding of international admissions guidelines and procedures including academic and English entry requirements, NOOSR and genuine student requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service to all internal and external clients.
- Well established MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn Institute software including STRATA, email systems as well as the PRISMS systems
- Excellent written, interpersonal, team and cross-cultural skills
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to balance competing priorities, deal with incoming work effectively and accurately maintain office systems and records.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop knowledge of compliance requirements and demonstrated ability to ensure effective support for implementation of these requirements.
- Experience working with stakeholders such as international students and international education agents
