Inventory Control Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY

The inventory control will have the responsibility for the accuracy of inventory information.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Worksheet creation, repair, and maintenance
• Purchasing agent for assigned jobs
• Maintain perpetual count in the worksheet
• Reconciliation of raw and finished material (preparation of loss reports)
• Insure perpetual inventory levels are accurate and readily available
• Track allowable inventory limits and insure customer accountability
• Price assigned inventories
• Insure timely preparation and distribution of receivers.
• Provide material cost estimates.
• Tracking of Certificates of Insurance.
• Insure disposition of outdated. Unusable materials.
• Setup of new programs, as needed, for improvement in all areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

The employee regularly does physical floor counts

QUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE

Minimum Education

High school diploma or Equivalent- Essential

College- Desirable

Minimum Experience

Knowledge and experience to setup new programs for plant wide improvement- Essential

2 Years’ experience in computer programming- Essential

2 Years’ experience in Inventory control- Essential
