POSITION SUMMARY
£12.83 per hour
We are recruiting a casual Kitchen Porter to work casual hours. This position offers a fantastic balance between flexibility and stability. You get the freedom to design your work schedule around your life, allowing you to pursue personal interests, and maintain a healthier work-life harmony.
What you will do
As our new Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
- Empty and maintain refuse area
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
