Labourer (General/Panel Cleaner)

Permanent, full time 38 hours per week (Monday- Friday)

Serco are recruiting for a Labourer to join the team at RNAS Culdrose based in Helston. This role will be working to fulfil the duties of a Facilities Labourer (General / Panel Cleaner) throughout the Integrated Merlin Operational Support Contract (IMOS), in accordance with Depth Operating Procedures (DOP), individual Authorisation Certificates and the Serco Management System. This role will ensure general areas are maintained on site, in addition to health and safety and ensuring a clean work environment is maintained.

Other main accountabilities of the role include:
Perform all tasks in accordance with their Line Managers / Supervisors instructions.
Comply with the Royal Navy Support and the Serco Management System and all the regulatory engineering articles.
Ensure cooperation and follow Health and Safety and Environmental matters, policies, and procedures.
To undertake all further training courses necessary to their job are attended as required and as directed by their Line Management.

What you’ll need to do the job

Hold a valid UK driving licence
Able to achieve SC Clearance to access site
Flexible to work shift patterns Monday- Friday
