Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at our reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in West Hollywood. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:
Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document their administration accurately and timely.

Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, assisting with activities of daily living, and managing medical equipment.

Assessment and Documentation: Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status, update medical records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.

Respond to Emergencies: Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently, following established protocols and notifying the appropriate personnel as required.

Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary living environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols.

Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to address any concerns or questions.

Adhere to Regulations: Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Requirements:
Valid LVN license in the state of California.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting is preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends and availability for all three shifts: 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, and 11 pm - 7 am, Monday through Friday.

Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
