We are rapidly growing our global business and are looking for a Logistic and warehouse manager to strengthen our logistics team and supply chain department.

Your role

In this newly created position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the right goods are available at the right time, enabling production to proceed with minimal disruptions. As an experienced manager with experience in operations and team management you will to take charge of your own logistics and warehouse department and our most important resource – your team members. The job demands persistence, to ensure both external and internal partners deliver according to agreements.

Your tasks

  • Planning and coordinating the daily work for your colleagues
  • Warehouse re-organization
  • Support our projects with in- and outbound logistics services
  • Coordinate warehouse activities for internal and external production
  • Applying lean principles in daily operations

Your profile

This role requires management experience and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking a systematic team player who can balance structure with a degree of flexibility. The ideal candidate is resilient and possesses strong planning skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to be fluent in both English and Danish, with German proficiency as a plus, as we are in a global environment. A pragmatic and analytical mindset is crucial for effective problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

We anticipate you have a broad business process understanding within production and supply chain and the ability to challenge existing processes and create solutions based on complex business and system structure

In addition, we require interest in continuous improvement and optimising processes and expect you to be familiar with ERP, LEAN, 5S, and the Office suite.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
