Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, customer-service oriented and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of custom kitchen cabinets from our shop to our customers' homes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Swede's home office is based in BC but the role is 100% remote. The ideal candidate will work in EST due to the coordination of deliveries and communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of custom kitchen cabinets to customers' homes.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery dates and times.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure cabinets are ready for delivery on schedule.
- Coordinate with third-party delivery services and ensure they meet our standards for timeliness and care.
- Track and manage delivery status, ensuring timely updates to customers.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues and resolutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the delivery process for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
