In Logistics Store Support, our primary task is to foster close collaboration with our stores, ensuring the coordination of their deliveries.

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries to our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong collaboration with the stores to ensure their satisfaction and seamless support.

In your role, you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork. Additionally, you will contribute to customs-related tasks within the department, supporting our import and export activities.

The atmosphere is dynamic, and things are developing in a rapid pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a close cooperation with our stores in your market of responsibility
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from our stores related to their deliveries
  • Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of delivery performance to the stores according to SOP
  • Work with KPI’s on delivery performance
  • Pragmatic solutions for difficult delivery conditions
  • Ensure custom invoices before goods are delivered to our warehouses
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the Logistics Store Support team

Qualifications

You have experience from a similar position within logistics, where handling customs has been a regular part of your daily tasks. Experience in forwarding would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement. You are thorough, accurate, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You are fluent in both Danish and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Norwegian, French, or Italian, would be an advantage. As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced organization where unforeseen situations sometimes require thinking beyond “how we usually do things.” You take pride in being proactive and finding the best possible solutions to ensure timely delivery to our stores.

Place of employment and working hours

You will be working from our Warehouse in Hedensted. There will be occasional visits to our HQ in Skanderborg and our second warehouse in Horsens.

We offer flexible working hours, between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
