Logistics Operator - Fixed Term

We are currently looking to recruit two additional part time Operators on fixed term contracts for 8 months. These roles will be within the Logistics Team based at the Cockermouth Manufacturing Business Unit.

Main duties of these roles will include but are not limited to:

• Picking/packing all customer orders to the agreed packing standard following visual standards provided where appropriate.
• Preparation and creation of bespoke packaging as required.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy by conducting daily cycle counts and quarterly stock checks.
• General housekeeping.
• Responsibility of quality of own work.

The successful candidates must have the following:

• A good level of maths.
• A flexible approach to duties.
• The ability to pay particular attention to detail with a strong work ethic and a right first time attitude.
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• The ability to build great relationships and work as part of a team.
• A pro-active approach to work and getting things done.
• A forklift licence would be of an advantage.
