MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Possession of a valid, current Drivers License.
- Experience operating computerized and mechanical postal processing equipment.
- Experience providing customer service to a diverse population.
- Experience troubleshooting mail processing equipment.
- Experience using computer software in conjunction with United States Postal Service (USPS) electronic files.
- Experience using organizational tools and systems.
- Experience communicating with the general public via phone or email.
- Experience in mail service coordination.
