Description


Primarily responsible for the safety, comfort, and welfare of passengers. Works effectively as part of a team and openly demonstrates a flexible, positive approach to tasks


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare for the flight ahead, gathering relevant information, demonstrating proficiency in SEP and Immediate Care knowledge
  • Participate in cabin preparation to ensure readiness for passenger boarding working to achieve an on time departure
  • Support the Senior crew member to ensure a smooth, seamless service is delivered which meets ATrS requirements
  • Undertake a pre-flight safety demonstration and briefing for all passengers on board, report to the Senior Crew Member the status of the cabin prior to take-off.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care, recognising the passenger is the most important part of our business.
  • Achieve and maintain a high standard of SEP and Immediate Care knowledge.
  • Take a positive role in any emergency situation and in accordance with the relevant operating procedures
  • Maintain a personal technical knowledge relevant to the task and aircraft type
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of crew notices as issued by the Fight Standards Manager
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation
  • Communicate effectively with your Perfomance Line Instructor ensuring full appraisal of any issues or concerns are conveyed
  • Actively promotes ATrS values through positive behaviours and exceptional on duty performance
  • Actively assist in office duties to support the Cabin Services Department as required
  • Foster a team working style conducive to the development and maintenance of the highest standards of Crew Resource Management, Safety and Customer Service
  • Be an ambassador for ATrS and a role model for other ATrS Cabin Crew.
  • Demonstrate good operational discipline through adherence to ATrS Standard Operating Procedures making recommendations for the improvement of operational safety, efficiency, policies and procedures
  • Be personally responsible for engaging in all facets of the role in line with the requirements of the ATrS SMS, Quality and Environmental Management Systems to provide a safe and efficient outcome to all that you do. This Includes maintaining awareness of the company safety and quality policies and the hazard analyses applicable to your tasking.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Demonstrable team working skills and strong technical knowledge, with previous cabin crew experience preferred
  • A flexible, positive approach in accordance with the ATrS Behavioural Competency Framework
  • High personal standards to establish the best possible ATrS/customer interface
  • A passion for both Safety and Customer Service
