Marketing-Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant

Are you passionate about creative content, storytelling, and making an impact through communications? De Palm Tours is looking for a Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts and help bring our brand to life.

As our Marketing & Communications Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving employee and customer engagement through creative campaigns, compelling content, and seamless communication strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with marketing and communication strategies
• Create and schedule social media and intranet content
• Write press releases and handle media inquiries
• Support photo/video shoots and campaign planning
• Help manage platforms like The Bus, Revinate, and Yonder
• Collaborate with HR on internal updates and branding
• Track media coverage and suggest improvements

Key Qualifications:

• MBO/EPI degree or Havo diploma
• 6 months to 1 year of experience (internships count!)
• Strong writing, editing, and creative thinking skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Knowledge of MS Office; content platforms a plus
• Team player with a proactive mindset
