Material Logistics Coordinator

We currently have an opening for Materials Logistics Coordinator within our busy Well Serices team in the Blackburn office, Aberdeen.

The role will be to arrange domestic shipment to and from Archer Oiltools UK, Caspian, Africa and participate in a daily operation of the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipment and accompanying documentation is according to Archer trade compliance program and procedures
• Ensure shipment and accompanying documentation is according to laws, rules and regulations to country of departure / destination
• Keep updated on laws, rules and regulations with regard to transportation, both domestic and foreign
• Liaise with client logistics handlers/international freight forwarders and ensuring all goods and equipment is manifested, shipped and received in compliance with client and Archer policy and procedures
• Implementation and management of all current customs & excise compliance
• Ensuring all certification / paperwork is entered into computer system in a timely mander
• Close liaisons with workshop, operations, supply chain relating to Inventory and logistics
• Daily update of ERP system and Oiltools Operation System. (OTOS)

Candidates should have:

• Good knowledge to laws and regulations for domestic and international shipment.
• ERP system knowledge and use
• Generally good knowledge to Materials Logistics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
