The Medical Education Associate supports the ENT Medical Education, Marketing, and sales teams by planning and executing resident course trainings, national courses, regional product trainings, tradeshows, grants/exhibits, and labs in alignment with business strategy and objectives.

What you will do:

  • Planning and execution of marketing/sales related event coordination
  • Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programs
  • Basic understanding of how we deliver training and educational program design
  • Gather data and information from Medical Education programs
  • Understand and drive ENT medical education and business strategy
  • Understand our budgeting process
  • Understand customer profiles, why and how we listen to our customer, including why we engage KOL
  • Set-up & tear-down equipment stations and interact with participants and faculty during medical education events
  • Effectively manage and organize inventory levels of disposables, capital equipment, PPE, and general lab supplies. Pack, ship, clean, and unpack current inventory and equipment, and maintain equipment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs.
  • Travel to and support medical education events across the nation (up to 70%)

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0+ years of work experience
  • Previous experience with event planning and coordination is preferred
  • Ability to travel during the week and weekends as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
