Member Service Representative

The Saskatchewan Pension Plan is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join its growing member service team in Kindersley.

Reporting to the Member Service Officer, you will:

• Respond to inquiries on the toll-free line;
• Collect and open mail;
• Sort cheques from all correspondence, data enter cheques, cash or money order contributions and complete daily bank deposits;
• Enter, edit, and verify financial and personal data of plan members;
• Prepare correspondence using form letters for the Member Service Area;
• Data entry and verify new membership forms;
• File active and retired member’s personal files; and
• Prepare items for mailing.

Typically, the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be obtained through a one-year office education course and/or experience with office/administrative procedures, computer applications, arithmetic principles and various types of office equipment.
