HITE Services Ltd is a crane and inspection facility based in Sudbury, ON. We specialize in the inspection and certification of lift equipment, and offer training courses for operator competence. Our rigging department handles sales, inspection, and repair of various equipment and we also have a fleet of heavy equipment available for rent or purchase.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an NDT Technician. The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting inspections using methods such as Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonics, and visual inspection techniques. The role may require working on-site in Sudbury, ON, as well as flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
Magnetic Particle
- and Ultrasonics inspection skills
- Experience in Quality Control and Inspection
- Knowledge of Corrosion and its impact on industrial equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret inspection results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certification or relevant training in NDT methods
- Experience with other inspection techniques is a plus
