About The Role


You will support the Projectsteam with administrative duties; the role is office based, withopportunities to go to other sites if required.

Pay: $17.50/hr + bonuses of up to $1,200

Shift: Monday- Friday, 40 hours/week

The duties are as follows:

  • Review supplier invoices and submit for payment

    • Assess orders awaiting payment, feeding back to your manager the areas of concern
    • Answer calls and emails in a timely manner
    • Generate reports as requested by management to be utilized daily/weekly.
    • Responsible for time and attendance system ensuring absence/late and PTO is accurate
    • Communicate regularly with supervisors to be sure their needs are met.
    • Keeping inventory of all office supplies including uniforms, access badges and submit new order requests to management.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent I.T skills – Including all Microsoft software
  • Being able to problem solve with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
  • Able work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Being able to prioritize workloads and manage tasks across multiple projects at any one time
